Let’s start your mental health journey!

I like to encourage you to do the things that give you peace and work through the hardships so they don’t consume you. Together we will create a plan that works for you and I will be right by your side as you traverse through life.

No one way is perfect and therapy is based on you and what works for you. I am here to serve your goals and get you to a healthy way of being. Therapy is the first start to creating a life that you want.

Sessions with me.

I have a more cognitive behavioral approach, so I will ask questions to understand you at your core, while also giving light to certain harmful thoughts. I will help you understand yourself, and the world around you in a clearer lens.

I can help you identify any feelings you are experiencing and give you that space to explore them. I’ve worked with individuals of different mental health backgrounds, learned how to be more adaptive to their situations.

I can relate to struggling.

I am no stranger to learning how to set my own boundaries, finding myself and creating healthy relationships with my parents and friends. As I grew up in an Latino household, I had to navigate cultural norms with mental health struggles and work through my own trauma.

I know what it feels like to be in a bad place, feeling lost and hopeless. Not fulfilled with my relationships or life. It didn’t stop there for me because I got my own help and to this day I wish to give you that support I received years ago.

I help individuals who are struggling with:
