My goal is to support you on your unique journey. I have specialized experience working in wilderness therapy and residential treatment settings, where there’s an emphasis on building strong therapeutic alliances to provide support and offer new perspectives. 

Therapy sessions operate from a client-centered, Rogerian framework, which focuses on creating a supportive and empathetic environment for exploring thoughts and feelings.

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients embrace their thoughts and emotions rather than avoid them.

Elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) are also integrated to facilitate understanding / transformation of thought patterns and behaviors. These therapeutic techniques are used together to help clients lead a more meaningful, fulfilling life.
