You will be in the driver’s seat; think of me as your co-pilot. One of my goals as your therapist will be to empower you to make the healthiest choices for you in each moment. We will explore the mind-body connection because we feel our emotions and experiences with our body as well as our brain.
It can be tough to ask for help, my hope is that in our journey together you feel empowered to set boundaries and advocate for your needs to those in your life.
