Your voice matters.

This is a space where you are fully seen and understood. Therapy with me is collaborative and intentional, and I’ll honor your pace while helping you uncover the patterns that shape your story.

I believe the mind and body are interconnected, so I look at how experiences shape both your inner world and your physical presence.

My approach balances acceptance with challenge: I’ll meet you exactly as you are while also helping you move toward where you want to be.

Resilience makes transformation possible.

I believe everyone holds resilience, and witnessing someone connect with that part of themselves is what makes this work so rewarding. Whether it shows up as a small shift in perspective or a bold step toward change, resilience makes transformation possible. I believe everyone has the ability to rewrite their story, no matter what the past provided.

What inspires me most as a therapist is witnessing the moment a client realizes they can choose differently, even after years of doubt. It’s in those moments of courage that I find my greatest inspiration.
