We start to allow feelings of doubt to creep in and begin to feel misunderstood once we reach the lowest points of our lives.
However, that is not the case. Many individuals struggle with mental health. This is not a journey to feel isolated.
This is the place where the stigma surrounding mental health no longer exists. Wanting to remove the negative connotation is what drew me into this field. I would like to break the cycle of individuals, especially those in diverse groups, not seeking the help that they need due to an outdated belief.
