“And I say to myself: A moon will rise from my darkness.”

-Mahmoud Darwish

The most difficult step to take is to accept that you need support. The next most difficult step is finding it. Luckily, you’ve already conquered both.

With a client-centered approach, I ensure the space we create together suits your needs to reach your goals. Taking charge can be intimidating, but our journey is ours, and we do have a say in how it goes.

The way we tackle life’s obstacles will be a collection of ideas.

By taking extra care to understand who you are and what you want to accomplish, we will utilize your knowledge and experience to help you overcome anything.

Some nights are darker than others.

But the sun will always rise. It took me a long time to come to this, but when I’ve reached a safe point in my life, I was able to live freely and authentically.

Navigating cultural and parental expectations, spirituality, and sense of self was no easy feat. With therapy, however, I was able to overcome even the most acute existential experiences I faced.

A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor.

With the tools I have learned in therapy, I am able to accomplish everything I had once thought impossible. Now, I have dedicated my life to teaching those same tools to those who want to do better, feel better, and live better.

Clinical Experience

Call it chance or destiny, but life has a way of putting you in places you never imagined yourself. Though I was already studying Psychology in an undergraduate program, I had no direction nor goal, much less the drive to implement myself in a field I once thought was not a good fit for me. In my final year, I decided to take my first Intro to Psychotherapy course, and my life changed.

Since that course, I decided that psychotherapy was the perfect fit and continued my studies, making it my life goal to give back to not only my community, but to my city.
