I’ve been where you are—overwhelmed, anxious, and struggling to find peace. My own journey through trauma and loss has shaped me into the therapist I am today.

I understand what it’s like to carry invisible burdens.

That’s why I became a therapist—to offer a safe, compassionate space for people to unload those burdens and heal

My Approach

I don’t believe in simply labeling you with a diagnosis. Instead, I focus on understanding you as a whole person.

Our sessions will be a mix of exploring your past and tackling the present—using straightforward conversations to uncover the root of your challenges.

I’m compassionate, but I also challenge you. Together, we’ll work towards lasting change.
