As a dedicated mental health counselor with a background in forensic psychology, I believe in providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions freely. 

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I work closely with each individual to break free from ineffective patterns and create lasting positive change.

I’ve always been passionate about understanding the intricacies of human behavior, which led me to specialize in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and family conflict.

My work spans various settings, from individual therapy to group sessions, always with the goal of empowering my clients to navigate their mental health challenges with resilience and confidence.

My Journey to Mental Health Counseling

The intersection of psychology and behavior has fascinated me for as long as I can remember. My academic journey began with a Bachelor and Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology, where I graduated summa cum laude. I continued to expand my expertise with a Master of Arts in Forensic Mental Health Counseling, maintaining a perfect GPA.
These experiences gave me a deep understanding of how trauma, behavior, and emotions intertwine—knowledge I now bring into each session.
Additionally, my role as an adjunct professor has allowed me to share my passion for psychology with future professionals, teaching courses in cognitive psychology, criminal behavior, and research methods at various universities. This keeps me at the cutting edge of the field and reinforces my commitment to lifelong learning.
